2008 Redfishtour Contingency Prizes

Ranger Cup - Powered By Yamaha

      On the 18 qualifying regular season events - $1,000 goes to the Ranger Cup qualified team winning the tournament, if the same team is registered for the Powered by Yamaha bonus, they receive an additional $500 from Yamaha. If 1st place is not Ranger Cup qualified the highest finishing Ranger Cup qualified team will receive $500 and if that team is also registered for Powered by Yamaha, they receive an additional $250 from Yamaha. This is a Ranger Boats program and they have partnered with Yamaha. You must have a Ranger first and if you have a Yamaha motor with your Ranger, you receive extra. Ranger works with other tournament organizations in this same fashion. (Requirements: Teams must sign up with Ranger and meet decal and clothing requirements.)

Cabela's

      During the tournament season you MUST fish all 3 events in the same division to qualify for the Divisional Team of the Year (winners of each division). At the Championship the 6 divisional winners will go head to head and the highest finisher of the 6 teams will be crowned Cabela's Team of the Year and receive $5,000. Receipts will be required - they can be mailed to the IFA office or brought to the Championship and handed in before the last day of the competition.

Cabela's Bonus

      Cabela's Bonus - Cabela's will provide a $2500 gift card from Cabela's redeemable at Cabela's to the top team at the IFA Tour Championship that meets the Cabela's bonus requirements. Requirements - Teams eligible must make 15 purchases (each purchase must be for $10 or more) from Cabela's prior to the first day of competition at the Championship in 2008. Receipts will be required - they can be mailed to the IFA office or brought to the Championship and handed in at the Captain's Meeting.

Minn-Kota

      MinnKota - $1,500 will go to the highest finishing team at the Championship with a receipt of purchase for a MinnKota trolling motor purchased prior to the Captain's Meeting of the Championship. Receipts will be required - they can be mailed to the IFA office or brought to the Championship and handed in at the Captain's Meeting.

Humminbird

Humminbird - Contingency prize payment of $750 to be made to the top finishing angler at the IFA Redfish Tour Championship with a qualified receipt of purchase for a Humminbird prior to the Captain's Meeting at the Championship in 2008. Receipts will be required - they can be mailed to the IFA office or brought to the Championship and handed in at the Captain's Meeting.

Solar Bat

Solar Bat - Contingency prize payment of $100.00 to the highest finishing team wearing Solar Bat sunglasses while fishing, having Solar Bat sunglasses visible on both team members when weighing in, and mentioning wearing Solar Bats while weighing in. In the case that no one wins the award, the $100 carries over to the next tournament to make the award $200.00. At the Championship, the highest finishing team that wears and mentions Solar Bat during either day of the competition, will receive the $100.

Sperry Spotted Award

Sperry Spotted Award - Contingency prize payment of $100.00 to the highest finishing team wearing Sperry Topsider Shoes while fishing, having Sperry Topsider Shoes visible on both team members when weighing in, and mentioning wearing Sperry Topsider Shoes while weighing in. In the case that no one wins the award, the $100 carries over to the next tournament to make the award $200.00. At the Championship, the highest finishing team that wears and mentions Sperry Topsider Shoes during either day of the competition, will receive the $100.

JaxWraps

A JaxWraps boatwrap will go to the highest finishing team at the Championship.
