The IFA Season Opener was at Jacksonville's Sister's Creek, and a cold front made hard fishing for many of the top-notch teams in the Florida East division. 102 Teams faced the challenge, and at the end of the day it took 15 pounds Plus to make it happen for the winners!

The IFA Redfish Tour started off the 2009 Florida West Division events with 127 teams, and a combination of energetic rookies with a large number of seasoned Pros and Guides. Happy Captains met at Hooters in Port Charlotte for free wings and snacks, and set out at dawn from Laishley Park Marina!

The IFA Redfish Tour started off the 2009 Atlantic Division events with 59 teams facing nasty weather forecasts in Charleston, SC.

The IFA Gulf Division started the season off in Slidell battling 2 weeks of wind and rain, and flood warnings. Rigolets Marina, battered by storms welcomed the IFA Anglers, to a sunny day and breezy skies.

The Louisiana Division Season Opener kicked off in Lafitte, LA. on April 25th, with a field of 70 teams battling it out for a $30,000.00 Ranger Banshee Extreme!

The IFA Florida East Division shifted locations, and 77 teams suited up and showed up at St. Augustine's awesomeConch House Marina for a beautiful day's fishing! The fishing was tough, with the reds being finicky eaters.

Surf City, North Carolina was home to the IFA's Atlantic Division event on Memorial Day weekend. The traffic was crazy on and off the water, but the 45 teams who came out to fish had a great time and caught a lot of fish. 100% live release!

The 2007 IFA Championship returned to Panama City's St. Joe- RiverCamps site for a big time event! Wayne Gatlin and Brandon Franklin of Tampa Took home the Championship Trophies!

The Seaway Marina hosted the IFA Lafitte event for the 8th time since 2001, and the fish cooperated well despite the infamous "South Wind" that seems to accompany most April IFA Louisiana events!

The IFA fished 107 teams at Englewood's Stump Pass Marina, and long time competitor Tom Tamanini took home the top prize of a Fully Rigged Ranger Boat, Yamaha Outboard, Power Pole, Minn Kota Trolling Motor, Trailer, and Humminbird Electronics package.

The IFA made their first visit to the Ocean Front town of Surf City, North Carolina, and a lot of impressive Redfish Were weighed in. The top weight was 14.87 lbs, which rivals almost any other stop on the IFA tour.

Venice is always a high point for the fishermen on the Redfish Tour, and 2007 was no surprise with a high percentage of teams weighing in great fish. A few teams could only manage to find the "Venice Jumbos", and couldn't get a slot fish this event.
