Payment: We must ask that all payments be made in U.S. funds, at the current rate of exchange. Mastercard, Visa, and American Express are accepted and welcome. Make checks (U.S. residents only) and money orders (payable in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to Inshore Fishing Association Inc. Foreign currency and checks, and cash are not accepted. There will be a $30.00 returned Check fee.

All checks, personal and business, must receive bank clearance before an order paid for in this manner is processed and sent. There will be a $30.00 returned Check fee for any checks returned to us unpaid.

Sales Tax: Florida residents please add 7% sales tax on subtotal and delivery.

Shipping Charges: To any of the contiguous 48 states, Calculate based on the attached Table. To other destinations, charges are at carrier's actual rate, plus $25.00 for packaging.

Shipping Method: Unless other arrangements are specifically requested, we will ship your order as follows. 1 shirt or hat, will be sent via U.S. Mail. Orders for more than 1 shirt or hat will be sent via U.P.S. or FedEX ground transportation schedule. Occasionally it will be cheaper and faster to ship by U.S. Mail. Orders addressed to post office boxes will be sent via U.S. mail, and are subject to additional shipping charges if necessary. All orders are shipped from our place of business in Jacksonville, Florida. Damage sustained in transit or upon delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Please inspect your package upon arrival and, before opening the container, notify the carrier if it appears the contents may have been harmed. Whenever possible, have the delivery person make an indication of the condition on his records at the moment the package is received.

Delivery: Please allow a reasonable amount of time from the point we receive your order for delivery to take place. Orders will be shipped within 1 or 2 days of receiving your order in most cases. If you are sending a check, allow a few days extra for the check to clear. Should circumstances cause any unusual delay, or if an item is no longer available, you will be notified immediately. Please feel welcome to verify availability ahead of time. Please call for delivery charges on next day orders.

We realize that the best assurance is the offer to refund your money if you are not pleased with your products. Naturally, in making this offer, provisions and procedures must be made to protect our mutual and individual interests should this ever occur.

Returns: Within the first 30 days of receipt, you may return the UNUSED item(s) you have ordered, provided we are notified in advance so an authorization can be issued. You must contact us in the first 14 days for an authorization number. This number must appear on the outside of the package. Items without an authorization number will be returned to you. Please return items in the original packaging, insured for its full value, and post-paid. Returns are accepted so long as they are in "as new" (unused) condition. Items returned for a size adjustment are subject to additional shipping charges. Please include this amount with your return. Do not return your order C.O.D. Refunds are determined from the base price and will not include deposits, charges for special handling, or shipping fees.

Credit or Refund: You may return an item for a credit or a refund. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process. We do not refund amounts under $5.00 Credit amounts under $5.00 will remain on the account for 120 days.

Non-Returnable Items:Include customized items, dated or close out materials, items marked as non-returnable, as well as items which have been soiled or used.
